· Incorporate UI/UX best practicesin digital platforms design and layout and produce visuals for mobile format
· Good understanding of the Chinesesocial media ecosystem
· Good understanding of the relevantfeatures of the Chinese digital platforms and ability to contextualize the UXaccording to the user needs
· Able to understand and follow userscenarios and flows in a UX context
· Good level of thinking of theoverall user journey on the digital platforms
· Follow-up the guidance of DesignDpt. Lead and Project Managers
· Include and improve the graphicguidelines provided by Labbrand and clients
· Deliver key visuals, templates,visuals for decks and pitch, Ad campaigns, H5, mini sites and other digital andprint formats.
· Work with Creative Leads andJunior Designer to prepare UI and UX proposals that articulate the rightprocess and deliverables for each client and prospect.
General:
· Degreein Art & Design / Graphic Digital Design / or related degree.
· Strongskills in typesetting, quality layout and art finishing.
· Fluentin Chinese, good knowledge in English.
Digital Design Specific:
· Verygood knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design.
· Goodknowledge of the workflow of digital creative projects and productions.
· Knowledgeof Sketch and InVision is a plus.
· Ableto work with project and creative management tools (NetSuite, Basecamp, Googleslides).
· Resultsand customer oriented
· Strongsense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
· Experienceworking with a variety of content platforms including Wechat, Weibo and videoplatforms.
· Deepfamiliarity with the Wechat eco-system

· Crosscultural sensitivity with proficiency in English and Chinese
· Abilityto think in a methodical way and to understand the underlining process
· Experiencein 3D rendering and motion design is considered a plus
