• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our customers.
• Conduct desk research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, Help to plan and execute brand experiences, such as events, pop-ups, and activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations.

Client engagement

• Responsible for working with the strategy and experience team to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work.
• Support to communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• A creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is also required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Bonus point: knowledge of UI tools for design, presentation and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Keynote, and others.
